At the 4th Training Fair at Gleisdreieck Waltershausen, the SEALABLE Solutions GmbH booth attracted all eyes. In line with the new campaign launch, "Black Suits You Too" visitors had the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment, perseverance, and precision. The training fair represents an important step in supporting and promoting young talents on their path to career discovery.
Kickoff for young talents
At 9:00 AM, Mayor Leon Graupner and Christian Döbel, Chairman of the Waltershausen Business Association, officially opened the event. With more than 26 companies represented, this year's training fair in Waltershausen showcased a diverse range of businesses.
The SEALABLE Solutions GmbH booth immediately caught everyone's attention—not just because of the campaign launch under the motto "Black suits you too" but also due to the enthusiastic employees on-site and the interactive setup. Oliver Tlusteck from the Waltershausen Business Association not only actively assisted with the setup but also noted the energizing impact of our company's offerings:

Action, workshop, and precision
Every hour on the hour, students had the chance to participate in our workshop, where they designed their own profile heart—whether as a gift for a loved one on Women's Day, for their mom on Mother's Day, or simply for themselves. Our interactive highlight, "Duck Shooting," turned into an absolute sensation! Young and old took on the challenge, gave their best, and experienced firsthand how skill, ambition, and a whole lot of fun come together perfectly. With full dedication, Franziska Kachel and Claudia Esposito from Marketing, along with HR Manager Anika Bessing-Schmidt, ensured that SEALABLE became the ultimate highlight of the event. Visitors to our booth not only had the chance to put their skills to the test but also to reward themselves with our highly sought-after merchandise. Whether it was a stylish hat, a sustainable toothbrush, or a practical water bottle—our "Black suits you too" style was a hit across all age groups. Our mix of action, creativity, and true team spirit captivated visitors. No wonder our booth was always bustling, and we had many exciting conversations with future talents!
The high participation in our workshop and the fact that all our prepared profile hearts found a new owner reflect the enthusiasm young people have for our company.
