AgentDays 2025 in Prag
55 heads. 14 countries. 1 mission.
Three days, one goal: United strength in tunnel and track superstructure
How can international experience, technical expertise, and personal connection be brought together under one roof?
We found the answer at our AgentDays 2025, with a clear focus on promoting exchange, deepening knowledge, and growing closer together as global partners. From May 20 to 22, over 55 participants from 14 countries gathered in Prague to jointly explore the challenges and opportunities in tunnel and track superstructure construction – and to learn from one another. Three days shaped by in-depth technical content, open dialogue, and a strong sense of community.
This is not just about technology. It's about how we collaborate and grow together. It’s remarkable how many answered the call and traveled from all corners of the globe to hear what we had to say.
Matthias Orth, Managing Director
Day 1: Tunnel Construction
The opening of the event was dedicated to the tunnel construction segment, an area marked by technological complexity and great responsibility. The day began with a presentation by Thomas Christensen, who not only looked back at the development of SEALABLE Solutions GmbH, but also clearly outlined future challenges: increasing demands, shifting markets, emerging technologies and how we can face them together.
A central highlight of the program was the presentation of six success stories by our agents from various countries. These contributions provided deep insights into real-world projects, implementation challenges, and the role our products played in concrete application scenarios.
What became clear: local expertise combined with global product competence is a powerful combination.
Benno Ring delivered a practice-oriented presentation on sealing geometries and their tensile and force impacts on tunnel segments. His comparisons and series of tests impressively demonstrated how the targeted use of products can enhance the safety and longevity of structures. He stated clearly:
The developments driven by SEALABLE over the years show great potential for shaping future tunnel structures to be durable and safe.
Paul Freudiger from Marti Tunnel AG then took a closer look at the automation potential in segment production, while Oliver Pasemann presented the latest product developments in tunnel sealing – including innovations that were showcased to a wider professional audience for the first time.

To me, the AgentDays are not just an event, they are a strategic cornerstone. This is where knowledge is not only shared, but jointly developed further. I witness how individual perspectives come together to form a bigger picture. What I particularly value is the openness with which challenges are discussed. That builds trust and shows: we are not just sales partners . We are part of a shared journey.

Day 2: Strategy, sustainability & partnership
The second day broadened the perspective beyond the segments, focusing on topics that affect all participants. Matthias Klug kicked off the morning with a hands-on presentation on new approaches in sales and lead generation. How can we target customers more effectively in the future? Which tools can support us, and what role do our agents play in direct on-site dialogue? The ensuing discussion made one thing clear: there is a strong need for exchange and an equally strong willingness to embrace change.
Another highlight: Matthias Orth presented current data on our energy consumption and introduced measures through which SEALABLE is actively advancing sustainability in production. His presentation not only prompted reflection but also earned respect and recognition from the international audience.
Oliver Pasemann concluded the morning with a presentation of our EPD-certified seals – another step toward greater transparency and sustainability for our customers and partners.
The afternoon was deliberately dedicated to shared experiences. During a ride on Prague’s historic tram through the old town, informal exchange and personal connections took center stage. Andrew Roseman, our agent from Australia, summed up the tram ride perfectly:
The ride on the historic tram was a great choice. It vividly showed us how far mobility has come. A fitting image for what we achieve together in tunnel and track superstructure to make progress possible.
Following the historic tram ride, participants had time to explore the city on their own before the evening continued in a convivial atmosphere with a brewery tour and traditional Czech dinner at U Fleků.

Sustainability had always been more of a sales argument to me. Today, I understood the technical foundation behind it.

Day 3: Track Superstructure
The third day focused on the track superstructure segment with a program that was both practical and innovative. The day began with a live demonstration on stray currents, conducted by Ulrich Bette. The on-site demonstration clearly illustrated the challenges posed by stray currents and how they can be effectively controlled with the right products and applications.
Afterwards, Matthias Klug presented how new market standards and DIN regulations are evolving in the track sector and what will be important in the future. In addition, Daniel Trautmann, one of our product developers in track superstructure, introduced the latest advancements and future outlook for the VeloGleis system.
Alexander Moog’s presentation was particularly practice-oriented.
As an application engineer, he explained what matters most in rail insulation, what real-world requirements exist, and how our solutions help enhance both safety and efficiency. Joshua Sterency, our agent from Israel, commented on the presentation as follows:
As salespeople, we often lack a direct connection to practical application. That’s why Alexander Moog’s presentation, with its hands-on examples, was all the more insightful.Häufig fehlt uns als Vertriebler der Bezug zur Praxis. Umso anschaulicher war der Beitrag von Alexander Moog mit praxisnahen Beispielen.
Mariusz Zaremba from MMR presented the Monomass concept. An exciting contribution to material optimization in track superstructure.
To conclude, Tino Garbe offered an inspiring outlook: new developments, ideas, and visions including the so-called "Cologne Egg", the potential of RailRestore, and the role of 3D printing in our development work. A clear view into the future and an invitation to help shape it.

What makes this event so special is the direct exchange – unfiltered, practical, open. When you talk to colleagues from other countries, you quickly realize: many challenges are similar, but the ways to solve them often differ. That’s exactly where the value lies. I’m not just taking away new ideas, but new ways of thinking as well.

Focused path – powerful network
The AgentDays 2025 once again made it clear: technology alone is not enough! What truly matters are the people who understand it, advance it, and apply it purposefully. With participants from four continents, valuable real-world contributions, and an open, constructive atmosphere, Prague was the perfect place for this intensive exchange.
Thank you to everyone who is walking this path with us. Now it's time to carry what we’ve developed together into everyday practice and to stay the course we've set.
